David's Take On The Mephisto Daldar - The Daldar offers superior comfort is a traditional dress shoe style. Lots of room in the forefoot and no slipping in the heel. So why don't I have a 2nd, 3rd 4th pair of Mephisto dress shoes in my closet? Because of the silly Mephisto logo tags that are prominently displayed on the side of the shoe. No one wants cloth tags on their dress shoes... particularly when they appear below the hem of your suit pants. Unfortunately, the tags can't be removed without harming the shoe. Mephisto needs to do itself a huge favor... and save the tags for the walking/running/hiking shoes.
