Breaking In - I think the look is great, the width is true. I am on my feet for 10+ hours a day. Breaking in was a trick. The angle of the boot top was unusual for my foot. I have been wearing everyday for the past 2 weeks and I think my foot (ankle) has finally gotten use to them. The sole appears to have sufficient tread. I would definitely buy another pair of Red Wings, I just may try a different style.
