Best Work Shoe - I needed a pair of white shoes for nursing school and got these as an alternative to clunky, heavy tennis shoes. They are perfect! I wear a 7 - 8 in shoes and I got an 8. I wear them w/ a thicker sock and they fit perfect. There is medium arch support (I have a high arch) and the width is very roomy (I have a somewhat wide foot). The bottom grip is perfect for slippery floors in the hospital. These are really a good "work" shoe and aren't too heavy for 12 hours on your feet.
