A bit uncomfortable - I love Donald J Pliner shoes, just a bit disappointed in the Kaila black patent leather with black and white wedge...they feel tight, toes feel squished, ankle hurts with the strap...I'm hoping this will all feel better when they break in...I also have a narrow foot so am surprised it's tight by the toe area.
